I need photo help -- where are the Thomas Paul brides?

OK so here's the ??s.. I got my proofs and CD/DVDs from lovely Tom.... I like most but not all the pix. There are a few that would be nice with some 'tweaking' i.e. photoshopping. Like my getting ready pix, which really seem kinda, i don't know, harsh, and show every little imperfection in my face, which i'm not so wahoo about.
Sooo... did Tom airbrush/PS the pics you're putting in your album all on his own or did you have to specify exactly what you wanted done for each one? We also had some great shots that just have too much weird stuff in the background, so they'd need to be cropped, or improved in some way....

Also, how much tweaking can Tom really do? For instance there's an outdoor background I looooove but I don't like the poses we're in, my arms are folded and we're back to back so it kinda looks like we're arguing (which we weren't, that's ONE DAY we didn't have any tiffs!!), so could he sort of 'replace' us with a cuter pic into that background?

Is this all standard practice or would I have to pay the PITA premium???

unfortunately I'm horrible and actually JUST picked my album pics! so i'm not sure how to answer ur questions...i DO know that his graphic designer does a fantastic job...& does a lot of work & cool graphic effects (i DID see my sample album that he uses to show clients).... so my advice? call him or throw him & email & be honest with him. U paid a pretty penny for ur photos...i'm sure he doesn't charge for basic photoshopping & cropping if it's to improve the photo...i DO think u'll have to pay extra for say, cropping you out & replacing the photo because u love the backround...but anything basic to make improvements? i can't see him charging u like crazy for it.... in fact if it's cropping and stuff the graphic designer would probably do it on her own. but call him & throw him an email..he's such a nice guy so i'm sure he only wants u to be happy
