I need some recipe help

I am inviting one of DH's best friends over for Easter. I just asked him if he had any request.s and he said he wanted Yellow rice with chicken and chorizo. I was actually thinking this is a great idea. Something different you know?

So now I need a recipe. Does anyone have a good recipe for this???

This is a regular dish of mine but I make it off the top of my head! As far as chorizo, Goya has a package and you just fry them up. theyre delicious

Thank you. I mostly want to make it with the rice though, spanish style I suppose. He is Puerto Rican, so I want to make it realllyyy goood and authentic lol

This recipe is pretty much how I make mine:

Aroz Con Pollo

i dont see chorizo in that recipe but you can just fry them up seperately and throw them in there.

Oh its a very important spanish seasoning.

Goya makes two. One you can buy in the Goya aisle and one in the freezer which is really good also. I like to make my own but thats a whole other process. The ones from the supermarket are very good too.
