I need you hair care help ladies!
My hair is in such bad shape! Lots of breakage, fly aways, split ends... I've tried so many products its getting out of control with how many bottles of stuff I have in my bathroom. (Pantene, Frizz Ease, Neutragena, VO5, ...if its in the drug store, I've tried it)Any suggestions on what to try?
This is how I feel!!! LOL

How often do you trim your hair? That is the quickest way to get rid of your split ends I think. But when I felt my hair was all frizzy and flyaway, I would go to my colorist for a 'glaze'. Its clear, and they apply it as they do a single process. It makes your hair very silky. But it doesn't last too long -- maybe a couple of months.

cut it and grow it back slowly, with frequent trims in between. That's what I did. It took about a year and a half to grow all the way back, but it was well worth it!!!

Thats how I feel lately too!!! I was growing it out for my wedding and now its just out of control! I am going for the cut 8-10 inches off (just above my shoulders) and start fresh.

trim often, blow dry as infrequently as possible. I learned how to do a french twist with my hair so that I do not have to blow dry it & am not stuck wearing it in a ponytail all the time. My hair has improved dramatically since then. I also got this new Redken 'Smooth Down' conditioner...you can either use & rinse, leave it in w/ a cap for deep conditioner, or only rinse a little & leave it in completely (although it is hard to do you hair this way). That has helped as well.

Deep condition it - wash your hair, put in some good conditioner, put a shower cap on your head, and let the conditioner sit for a while. Oops - I see somebody already said that! I also use a leave-in conditioner which helps. And make sure you're taking vitamins and eating healthy!
