I need your HELP finding the perfect gift ........

My best firend/MOH asked me to be the godmother for one of her adorable newborn twins

But what do I do for a gift??

We usually give savings bonds to our friends children for Christenings/Baptisms -- which we'll still do for the both the boys.

........BUT I want to do some extra for my godson

Any suggestions?? Help please

how about a really nice baby bible and a cross to hang in their room...that's what i got my nephew

Do you know who is goin to be godfather? Usually they get them their chain with a crucifix~maybe you could ask.
You can get him a gold baby bracelet or a chain~I got my baby bracelet from my godfather.

I think usually the godparents get the cross necklace and the christening outfit. One gets one, and the other gets the other, but I forget who gets what.

i got both my nieces diamond crosses, and i bought their christening outfits.

I bought my goddaughter a cross. I didn't like it but that is what my cousin picked out. LOL I didn't have to buy the christening outfit because she used the outfit from her older girls.

thanks ladies -- I ran into the mall quick today to see what I could find and I wasn't so crazy about the crosses.

Maybe an ID bracelet? Not sure -- the lady at the jewlery store told me to buy it but not engrave it in case they get more than 1. Whi knows But I guess she's right.

I was going to buy the outfit but the are twins and she wanted them to match so.....the outfits are already taken care of. And totally not sure what the godfather is doing -- this is driving me nuts!!

I saw a nice waterford cross at Macy's -- what do you think? It's something he'll always have.

I'm so bad at making decisions!!

After the mall I ran home to check out Tiffany's site to see if they had something --- nothing!!
