i never knew

you could lock your cell phone, so i just looked through mine and found the setting and locked it. sometimes dh looks through my phone but i do not mind, i have nothing to hide. and on very few occasions i look at his. we both respect each others privacy, and we have no trust issues.if we want to know something we just ask. were very honest with each other. oh, and i did unlock it, i just never noticed that feature.

Yes you can with most of the newer models. I never do it b/c I am always afraid I will forget my passcode :(

this is news to ME! I had no idea you could lock it either. lol. I'm not going to bother though - there's no reason. And i'd be pissed if I found out that DH suddenly locked his. What the heck?? What's the purpose of LOCKING your phone? (well, maybe if I was still living at home and had some dirty texts from DH to hide. lol)

I recommend that everyone does do this so you at least won't forget the code in case it locks on accident. A 5 year old locked my ipod and it took the entire weekend to get to the code she plugged in!
