I was a Knottie and had not found this board yet when this happened to me, but it's a true story. Now with the Videomaker saga affecting us, I've had TWO unbelievable things (the kind that you only read about on chatboards) happen to me re: our wedding! We got through it anyways and have been married three months!

OMG, A great lesson for all of us! What a story! It's funny.... I am trying to plan a perfect day, but in reality it is perfect already! My FI is the best gift!

Jen - first, I'd like to congratulate you on your 'Snot Conversion!' Welcome to LIWeddings...it's much friendlier here! Second, I just want to applaud your wedding story...you've got the right perspective for a very happy marriage, that's for sure!
Another bride would have postponed everything, just so she could have 'her day' exactly as it was originally planned. The personification of 'Bridezilla!' Good for you for rising above the caos of an unfortunate situation for many people.
