And my darling physical therapist who is awesome made me so scared today when I read him my MRI report.
I was all excited...I thought he would tell me it is a nothing thing.
I got-well, they could see how PT goes, but since it is driving through your ligaments to your spine, if PT fails, you will probably need SURGERY
I am so petrified. Lets hope he is wrong. I don't want anyone cutting my back up!
But on the bright side-If I do it in the early summer, I can take the slow season off of work and rehabilitate on the beach (well, carefully on the beach)
I am trying so hard to make a joke of this, to be optimistic.

If that is the case, I will just move us down to sunny ol' Florida! We do have the house in Boca...you can share with us if you promise to nurse me back to health all summer and help me take the Florida Bar Exam!

No problema! There is one around the corner from my house! I plan on getting skinny-you can eat for me. I refuse food when in pain. But maybe not my cheeseburgers without buns!

Aww...I adore you Jess! that we can enjoy the beach together this summer without the concern of pain or incisions!

Michelle, I had spine surgery in 2005. Before I had the surgery I could barely walk. I had tumors growing on my spine.
I recovered quickly and the pain went away... Plus I have a ganrly looking cool scar on my back (I love it, it's where my batteries go)

Don't get scared just yet PT may work out and you are worrying over nothing!!! If you have the surgery just think ahead to the days you will be able to live pain free and with a summer off work.
