On this muscle gaining. I am so depressed and uncomfortable that I don't think I can handle this anymore. i feel like a failure if I throw in the towel though but I honestly feel so disgusting that I want to just stay in sweatpants forever. Sorry for being so annoying with this. I hope I dont sound too pathetic. Ugh. Happy monday, right? lol

aww lauren! you are not a failure! if you are just uncomfortable and not happy than whats the point! you have to be comfortable and happy before anything else, and if its not working for you than dont even stress it.
you are perfect the way you are!! no need to change a thing!

Hey Lauren! You know we support you in whatever you do. I don't think you are a failure...I think you just decided it was not the right thing for YOU. That doesn't mean you are going to give up going to the gym and living a healhty lifestyle!

Lauren - U have to stop beating yourself up. In the end you will totally love how u look. You have to add to lose. You know this. But honestly if this is totally screwing with your mind-set ( and with your history) I dont want you to be upset and down on yourself for any reason. So if it makes you happy to go back to how you were & you can be appy with that, then do what you have to. But remember no-matter what size you are beautiful. Its what is inside that counts most.

It's not pathetic, nor should you feel like a failure! Do whats best for you, and if this muscle gaining thing isnt working, then thats just it.
Just keep doing what you do - id die to be in as good of shape as you. (and to have the same dedication to it)

If the extra pounds are really making you unhappy, then just dont do it anymore... IMO, we're not all hardwired to be a certain body type... And if this isnt working for you and is only creating more stress and unhappiness, then go back to your normal work out routine... It certainly doesnt mean you're a failure by any means... Instead, its more like you realizing whats best for you and your mind and body

THanks girls..the problem is I keep forgetting that I wasnt completely happy with how I was before. I feel like if I quit I will be 'less unhappy'..doe sthat make sense? I know in my heart/head that this is the only way to achieve the goals I wish to achieve..it's just so darn hard to get past it and get there. DH won't let me quit. He told me that today lol. So I guess I am still on this crazy journey
