I have gained almost 20 pounds since the wedding and I wanna just cry 24/7!! I started taking meds about 4-5 months ago that unbeknownst to me causes increased appetite and weight gain so now I have to get my fat @ss to the doc and change my meds as well as seriously hit the gym!! I feel so disgusting!! i expected to gain weighgt after quitting smoking and I was ok with 5-10 lbs but 20 lbs is INSANE!!!! I'm so freakin depressed!

don't worry marie, you'll work it off. i've gained 10+ since the wedding, so I know how you feel. we really need one of those check in threads again...
you'll work it off though! warmer weather is coming so that means walks outside which = exercise!

Don't feel bad...fellow weight gainer right here...and while trying to get back in shape for a freakin test I am kicking myself for being so lazy after being in such great shape for the wedding....

Marie, at least you were thin to begin with! I've gained like 15 pounds since the wedding and I was already overweight. So annoying and frustrating. I've started eating healthier though - definitely need to take the weight off before my friend's wedding this November - I'm a BM.

i'm a BM in April and I'm deeply afarid that the dress isn't going o fit me!! I'm soooo screwed!!

Marie you are gorgeous and don't look like you need to lose a pound. I completely understand I love eating I just hate being fat my chins have chins. Maybe instead of IHOP on saturdays I'll have to go for an IRUN I'll be wearing a moo moo next week we can shop for them together

I know this won't make you feel better b/c everyone knows there own body best BUT from an outsiders perspective, I think you look fabulous and i'm really not just saying that. You have a great body in my opinion.
The winter rut is not fun either.....b/c you feel like you sit inside and don't do much. The spring is here (well almost)....get outside, take walks at night with DH when you get home from work.
maybe we should create some sort of LIW sport team.....softball?

I think we're all hitting that rut-we're gettin OLD ladies ! I was trying to lose weight before the B pics but figured why bother. I want to look good but I want to look liek myself so when DH looks at these in a few monthss he's not like DAMN That doesn't look like her!!!
MArie you're beuaitful. BUT I do understand havign to adjust to even a few pounds ona naturally thin frame. You still look greta but it FEELS off.
Just start small. I havent gone to the gym all week... I need to go today but Im sooo tired. The changing o fthe clocks threw me off...maybe tomorrow....
