I WANT MY TEAPOT, I HAVE IT

I know I did a Dear.... on this before, but seriously. My grandfather sent me a Disney Teapot that was my grandmothers but he sent it to 38 instead of 28. But it was addressed to us. If you got a package from UPS clearly not addressed to you wouldn't you call UPS and tell them? I would, but I am a nice, sensible person. The woman doesn't answer her door and clearly she is an home shopping junky. Her place is a disaster too. She probably saw it and said, ooh I am keeping this.

I am so mad.

So my mom made contact with the woman... she finally called. She said her mother has been sick and she hasn't had time to do anything with it. But 13 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I mean come on, I understand busy, but it takes seconds to pick up a phone. And even if you don't want to call UPS we have been leaving her notes for days.


She is supposed to bring it over tonight if she has time (she lives 3 doors down) but at least my teapot is in site.

OK so she dropped it off. She was very rude and abrupt and basically threw me at it, I said thank you and tried to apologize for my grandfather's error, being the bigger person, but whatever...

hey at least I have my pot.

It's Dumbo by the way, I went over to my parents right after I got it but I will take a picture of it later.

YAY!!!! Glad you finally got it!! Cant wait to see a pic! I love Dumbo!! Its my favorite Disney movie!!

Eww thats horrible. During Christmas i received an enevelope halfway opened. I never looked at the address it was Xmas time & we were receiving so many cards. So i opened it & realized this is not for us & it had a 5 dollar bill in it. So when i looked at the address she wrote our house number down but not the correct person. So i figured she obviously messed up the address. You can tell by the handwriting it was an elderly person. In any case, DH & I put the card the money in another envelope addressed back to the sender with a note of the incorrect address & noted that if she wished to send money next time please address it to us directly. HAHAHAHAHA
