I never really got bad cramps, but since I've been on nuvaring - they're pretty painful!! Hopefully DH is home & he can take care of you!

But seriously - when i have had times like that - if I dont have to go anywhere I take the strongest prescription I can (usually 1 vicodin) & curl up in a ball & take a nice 4-5 hour nap. Chammomile is supposed to be good for stomach & also St Johns Wort. feel better hunny- love u!

me too... DD brought on the cramps and FYI after you have the baby you do bleed a lot I know girls who were bleeding for almost 3 months straight after birth
