I went to SS office and DMV today

I am so happy that I have this done. I am so excited to see the license and card when they come in the mail.

It really didn't take as long as I thought. I went to the DMV in College Point and SS office in Mineola.

Yeah, the DMV in College Point is one of my least favorite places.

I got married the same weekend as you and I still have not gotten my marriage certificate. More than anything, I want to put DH on my health insurance ASAP because he pays for his and mine costs nothing.

I'm sorry you didn't get your certificate yet. If you don't get it by the end of the week I would call the office that you went to get the certificate. Yes the College Point DMV stinks. The clerk was babbling to his coworker for 5 minutes before I could get his attention to help me. I totally know what you mean about the health insurance. I wanted to make sure I got on my DH's plan right away. I have been paying each month to be on Healthy NY Cigna.
