You know what, worse things have happened. Its not like they are major names like Pam and Tommy Lee. This sort of thing happens all the time. Perverts hiding cameras in bathrooms and gyms, putting them on the internet. We live in the age of little to no privacy.

Guess I should remove from my cell phone the naughty pics I took of me one day when we were joking around?? It's just a boob, I really don't care if anyone sees it. And honestly, it's a great pic - makes it look like I have Ds when I have Bs!!!!

That's terrible I hate to admit, FH has done that to me a couple of times (not losing the phone, but taking random pics -- usually when NOTHING sexy is going on, but when I'm in a rush getting dressed or something like that) and I went crazy for him to take them off for that reason. I got him back and took one of him when he wasn't expecting it. Then i thought I lost my phone at work (I'm a teacher) and I was so scared about who would find it. Thank Gd it was in my bag the whole time. That was the absolute end of taking pics

As per the article he called and they said they would hold it for him so they assumed responsibility and if it was one of the workers McDonald's is liable. I just think people should be smart enough to lock their phones.
