I didn't see a thread for this yet today!

Thoughts?!

First let me say I think the way they are determining the top 12 this year absolutely stinks! It's just so stupid, IMO! Anyway...

The only girl I liked last night is Alexis Grace (the little pixie with the pink hair). Tatiana seemed on drugs so she was SO quiet! Simon hit the nail on the head with her, though, telling her she was a drama queen and would do anything to be famous

Danny Gokey is still my absolute FAVE guy! I hope he gets thru! The guy towards the beginning, Ricky Braddy, I liked, too.

I wasn't that thrilled w/ everyone else! OH and Stevie Wright - OMG what a disappointment! She was TERRIBLE! I really liked her when she first auditioned but last night, awful! So sad.

They are kicking off 9 of the 12 that performed last night. The guy with the most votes, and the girl with the most votes will make it, as well as the NEXT guy or girl w/ the most votes. They will do this for 3 weeks, which gives you 9. And then they are having a 'Wild Card' show which will get us the last 3. I don't get it. It's so dumb.

Yeah 9 people are going home tonight! But I mean, how did they determine the groups of 12 who were gonna perform?! Those groups of 12 affect everything! Last night's group was pretty good but they could have a group that all stink, yet 3 of them will make it? SO dumb!

SOOOOOO true and sooo stupid!!

I liked the little blonde girl who has pink in her hair. And Danny was great (Although the song choice was weird for me). I thought most of that group was weak. I dont like how they are doing this. Cus its like what if there is a group where 6 people do amazing and a group where 3 are just okay but go through. And that group with 6 amazing people has 3 who are awesome that can't go through. it just doesn't work out well. I hope they do the wild card thing again to hopefully make up for it.

Oh ya, I like Casey Carlsons hair!

Gookey was the best so far. Everyone else $ucked. I Hate Tatiana, but she did sing well last night, she just needs to learn how to talk to human beings lol I doubt she will last long.
I agree with the judges though, everyone picked a song that they liked, and not a song that represented who they were as an artist. I was very disappointed, but I think Anoop and Gookey did a great job last night. :)

I think Alexis did the best, Danny did very well and i also like the oil rigger so i hope he stays, he couldve done better but its ok lol.

That girl stevie was HORRIBLE, what a bad song and she sang it so badly too

Im glad someone said something to her about the faces she was making and those moves, it was weird and the whole winking and all that was not good plus she just sang it real badly.

she seemed like she was really stiff, and trying to work up the confidence by doing those moves and winking, but it just didn't work for her. I think she thinks her looks will get her far, and apparently they wont. :-P

yeah it was just real awkward to watch, even the little dance moves she was trying to do and the hand gestures it was like UGH stop its not working. I LOVE DANNY GOKEY!!! He was awesome last night!!!!! I also loved the cute girl with the blonde and pink short hair!! I agree though, its so mean how they are doing it. Only 3 stay!

If I had to pick 3 to go thru it would be

1. Danny Gokey

2. The cute blonde

3. Either the oil rigg guy or Anoop Dog!! LOL

I was thinking the same thing... I feel like if Tatiana gets thru tonight, I am totally gonna feel like the whole thing is rigged, and that she only got thru due to entertainment value (the same reason Sanjaya kept getting thru).
