If it weren't for bad luck I would have no luck at all

So yesterday I did a good deed and donated blood through a Girl Scout Troop was sponsoring a blood drive. I give blood, feel fine, and then go to church with my mom and sister. I was feeling okay and then all of a sudden felt terrible and fainted in church.

Today I found out that one of my credit card numbers was stolen and someone made purchases both inside and outside of this country. Great.

I just really need a hug today.

Oh Ang, I am so sorry honey! DH had his cc# stolen 3 weeks b4 Christmas & it f'ed EVERYTHING up for us financially for the holidays...
And the 1st year we lived in the house we bought a flat screen TV off someone on amazon & was stupid enough to pay via $$ order, got scammed out of $900 & NO tv

as far as your email - the 1st recourse I would take would be to change your password - this might stop some of the spamming. That happened to my old aol email about 6-7 years ago & once I changed my password it was much better. But there are so many hackers out there - it really $ucks how careful you have to be about EVERYTHING. DH sometimes used to yell at me b/c I shred EVERY receipt, bill, statement, etc that has ANY kind of info on it - b/c you just NEVER know.

Last summer someone was driving around & stealing garbage right off my parents block (my parents got theirs stolen 2 times) & when they called Nassau County police they said there was a high rate of that going on w/ people trying to steal identities off any kind of paperwork that was thrown in the garbage - so ever since then & this situation @ Christmas w/ the stolen CC# - DH doesnt give me a hard time anymore w/ me & my obsessive shredding...

As for the CC its unreal how often this happens & it truly stinks! Im sorry its stinks to deal with this stuff!

Awwww, Angela, do I need to send some whoopie pies up there? I'm so sorry hon, for the theft of your credit card!!!! Mean people!!!! Our Son is a manager at a local store, and really takes it personally when he gets ripped off. Well, today, justice was served!!!! Some guys who had robbed his store got caught!!!!! I never thought such a thing would happen, but miracles do happen!!!! Praying for Blessings to come your way!!!!! Love, Mary

OMG This happened to me once.......it emailed some website like a facebook myspace type thing...it said 'Natalie S____ wants to be your friend on....' and the worst part was it went to anyone I've ever emailed thru AOL so like make up artists I had contacted for the wedding, people I had sent my resume to, people who I haven't been friends with in years, even an old boss.......... I WAS SOOOO EMBARRASED! I feel your pain!
