Definitely wish for my tummy to be GONE!!! If I wasn't so wary of the pain, I'd go for lipo of tummy, hips/thighs, and arms!
And maybe my nose - I've never been fond of my bump.

right there with you on that -- and I always said after we're done with babies a tummy tuck to put everything back in place pre-babies.
they have those mommy make-overs. but knowing me I'd chicken out and noth go through with it......but when you see those before & afters the pain looks worth it.

My arms!!!! I naturally have big arms & I HATE it!!! Even when I am skinny (meaning 65lbs lighter than I am right now), my arms still look HUGE!
ETA: Oh & my thighs can go too.

so did mine! and DH says it too lol as much as perfect boobs would be nice, i don't think i'd have work done(..well..we'll see if i'm still saying that after babies lol). I'm finally confident & content with myself despite my imperfections...NOONE is perfect - we'll always wanna change something..u can tell just by reading this thread! enough with this...we are all fabulous gorgous women and we're all unique! if we all had cookie cutter bodies & perfect barbie faces we'd all look the same & the world would be so boring!

I agree for me! I never had a tummy till like this year-its justa weird protrusion RIGHT in the middle-like washboard abs gone arwy lmao.
Thighs, hips...ALL the lower half. BUt if that couldnt happen I would definetly go for my jaw being straight...hah you thought I'd say boobs didn't ya!
Boobs I can fake but my jaw is REALLY crooked and I dont wnat to pay the moola to have someone break it only to reset it. So if anyone has a body wand that can do that without pain, pass it over.
