If you could get your DH ANYTHING for Christmas what would it be?
I would get Scott one season as short stop for the Red Sox (he's from MA, not NY). That would be his dream fullfilled
And if I could get anything at all for myself it would be that my grandma, Nanny and grandfather come down from Heaven the day my children are born so I can see them hold each of my little ones.

I would also bring family back from heaven. If I had money, I would buy DH a new truck. I would also get him hockey tickets for different teams in the US.

off the top of my head, i would get him the REALLY expensive mercedes and BMW he wanted, and season tickets (seats right on the field) for the JETS every year.. and most of all, make his arthritis go away

I I could get him ANYTHING, I would bring DH's parents down from heaven so they could spend our first Christmas together with us...
If I had another wish...
It would be to let him not work so he can pursue his dream of playing on the PGA tour.

Good Question! Gift #1 - A little house in Italy up in the mountains somewhere. He lived there for almost a year and would love to have a 2nd home there. (This one's a little bit for me too ) Gift #2 - A 'radio' voice. When he was in college, he wanted to be a sports broadcaster. One of his professors told him that he didn't have the voice for it so he gave up his dream. Gift #3 - A golf course of his own so he could play whenever he wanted with no one else around.

If it was just a cash issue I would get Scott the 60' HDTV w/home theatre that he would LOVE, season tickets to the Red Soxs and Bruins and a shopping spree at Best Buy (where he wanted us to register ) A golf course is a nice idea too.

Michele, this is a CUTE THREAD, these types of threads are fun... Your 2nd wish about your grandparents gave me goosebumps..thats a sweet wish.. I wish my nonna and nonno were here too..
Everyone's 'gifts' for their husbands makes me think all of our husbands have GOT TO get together ! I would DITTO Alot of the gifts mentioned..
1)-He has this dream of having been a major league baseball player. His uncle played for the Minor League Yankee team (I think i said that right !) and DH is very good himself , and shortstop is his position ! When people asked him if he wanted a boy or girl (When I was prego) he said 'whatever it is, it will be a shortstop'...so he will teach our sons and daughters to follow his dream !
2)Fully hooked up game room (ours is empty right now, last on the list of priorities ! Well its FIRST on his list, but I am the voice of reason here, LOL) Pool table, shuffleboard, etc etc... Huge plasma TV, etc etc.
I think that would make him a happy camper...

A month long vacation -- island hopping in the caribbean.
The truck of his dreams and a motor cycle.
Play cricket (english sport) for an international team. He used to play when he was younger and was about to go professional before relocating to the U.S.
