I may not get along with certain people on this forum, but I can never say I dislike someone I have never met in person.

So yes, I would still reply to someone's thread regardless whether or not I always get along with them. (If the topic interests me, of course.) I always like to think people CAN get along if they got to know each other and like i implied earlier, I only take the banter on these boards with a grain of salt.

But I can also understand someone's reasonings for ignoring people too...

I respect someone even MORE if they put aside their conflict with a person if they truly have something to contribute to a conversation, regardless of who posted it.

I've never done this, there's definitely people I may not agree w/ all of the time, but I'd still post a reply if I have something to say.

I would say that I've noticed some people seem to do this, of course, that could just mean they don't have anything to add to the topic.

for example these last 2 days there have been like 100 would you this or that threads and I just can't handle answering them all, so I choose to just not respond out of pure laziness....

Doesn't mean I dislike the person.....Marie posted like 80 out of those 100 and I didn't respond to them and I enjoy Marie very much!

whether I post or not usually has to do with whether I am in the mood to post at all and if I have anything to add. So, some days I post a lot, some not so much. Doesn't really have anything to do with who is positng.

that's gotten me in 'trouble' bc i replied to someone who didn't like me lol but oh well, it's a public forum.

i'm not mean or nice based on who posted what, i just say what i want to say based on the topic.

now, there are people i know in real life who i basically ignore b/c that 'drama' is real, not just on the net you know?
but that applies to people i knew BEFORE i joined, not to the people i met b/c of LIW...
