are you still considered Mrs.? I would think not, but I'm not sure.

No, I believe you would be Ms. You'd be your mother if you were using Mrs.!!

Re: If you don't change your name...
I use my maiden name professionally and I go by Ms (half the students say Miss - I dont care) - one of my friends said to me - but you're married - you're a Mrs. - but as someone else said - Mrs. with my maiden name is my mom, not me!

Some people call me Mrs. Hislastname, but I prefer Ms. (or Dr.) Mylastname. I've no idea as to what the 'correct' etiquette might be on this one.

I use Ms. I have for a while and continued to after I was married. I used to teach and the students called me Mrs. long before I was married - didn't even have a boyfriend at the time! I think they mostly associate adult women of a certain age as being 'Mrs. So and So.' I used to tell them that 'Mrs. X' is my mom. Some of them couldn't figure that one out - usually the girls did.

I use Ms. Maidenname at work & one of coworkers said I shoud be Mrs. Maiden name, but I didn't think so. She said that's what her mom goes by. Let me see if I can find this anywhere.
ETA: I looked it up, and it seems to be you could go either way.
