If you think of it...

Could you say a little prayer for my Nana??

Over the past 2 years that I've been around here, I may have mentioned from time to time that she was ill, or in the hospital. She suffers from a very rare blood disease that causes her to need transfusions frequently, and had a stroke about 2 years ago, and those 2 things have been destroying her body bit by bit.

Well, she has finally given up. She told everyone that she can't fight anymore, doesn't want any more transfusions, doesn't want to be taken to the hospital anymore, and just wants to be at peace. My family has decided to honor her wishes, although that decision was incredibly hard and painful to make.

SO ~ if you think of it, will you please say a short prayer that she won't suffer and that she will find the peace she has been without for so long?
