30 always seemed so far away, and it scared the bejeezus out of me. Now here I am, the big Three-Oh, and you know what??? I think I might like it!

Happy Birthday! And here's to a happy and healthy decade. I have to tell you. my first year of my 30s has been so much more satisfying and rewarding than the whole of my 20s. It's not nearly as bad as anyone said it would be. I'm actually looking forward to 31 in May!

I'm looking forward to being 30...there are parts of my 20's I loved living...but can't imagine living that part over...

As for turning 30, I will admit to you that I dreaded it when I turned 30, but in looking back, this decade has been the best ever -- it's given me Joe and now Little Bear Cub!!! And it's given you your little Lima Bean (and Patrick too, of course, but you already had him)!!! Enjoy it sexy mama!!!
