I'm a lil teapot... *picture fixed..i think*

Small background, DH's grandma passed away 1 1/2 years before we started dating...
Fast forward, his grandfather is all by himself & still has many of the knick knacks and what not from his whole life with his wife.

I went with MIL to pick up grandpa for dinner yesterday & she asks him if he still had grandma's frog teapot (she loved frogs)...so he goes in the curio & takes it out and gives it to me.

I feel bad, and feel like because im not his grandchild, im not entitled to it...but at the same time, my children deserve to have pieces of their great grandparents....

So here it is...

You may not be their grandchild by blood, but you are by marriage! That's a wonderful gift that it sounds like you'll all treasure for years to come.

I see the pic now! It's really pretty! I love pieces like that.
