I'm a newlywed!! :)

Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself! My name is Melissa, my HUSBAND'S (hee hee) name is Mike and we got married on 8/25! I am also a teacher, like so many of you, although I live upstate. School doesn't start until Monday so I am scrambling to get my lessons ready! It's been one crazy summer! I'm looking forward to 'meeting' all of you!

Congratulations & Welcome. I think you will find this side alot calmer for obvious reasons - the stresses of the wedding planning are behind you. I hope you had a great day. So will you start off the new school year with a new name? If so, I bet that will feel strange. (can't assume everyone changes their name these days?)
