I'm BACK from the doctor!

well, that was awful. AWFUL. it hurt like a friggin BITTTTTCH and the damn thing didnt go in! my cervix would NOT let it in (which is also why it hurt so much). my dr told me i have an extremely high pain tolerance and she basically was inducing contractions on me (and it felt like it) but in the end the thing would not take to me. women who have had babies - this is not an issue for you! she thought my cervix could take it but nope. so yeah. that hurt.

its condoms and rhythm method for us!

I've heard that it goes in easier for women who had babies. so sorry that it didn't work for you--and that it hurt!

haha i DO have a strong vag! stupid thing.

also apparently i have a high pain threshold which is good (?)

and we will be using condoms WITH the rhythm method, as in we will NOT be doing the deed during my ovulation days and using condoms the rest of the time. so chances are still slim for us. but ya never know.

last night jon said to me 'if you don't wanna get the iud you dont have to. we'll be careful and if something happens we have 9 months to prepare' which is WAY different than a couple months ago when he almost passed out at the thought of getting pregnant. so who know!

i would LOVE if you all followed me around and rubbed my belly! don't think for a second that when i do get preggo i won't be spending my entire pregnancy rubbing my own belly!
