Im going over my proofs........

and growing less and less happy with the photographer. Im noticing a large discrepancy in the number of pics taken of each side of the family.

i feel your pain-i have great pictures but not as many as i thought were taken were actually taken.

Aside from 3 pics of me getting ready, my mom is in 4 pictures. Dh's grandparents are in 13.
Im talking about posed, standing still, pictures. Does this sound odd to you??

I've also come less thrilled with my pictures lately. I still need to do my album and just don't like enough pictures

Maybe you can contact your photographer and ask if they have other pics that they didn't send. Our photographer was Duet and they do not send every pic they take - they sort through the proofs and send the ones that they think are best.

I noticed that we didn't have any pics of our seating cards or CH steel drum musicians and I asked them if they had any pics of those. They sent me 3 new proofs I hadn't seen before, one of which I love and is now posted in my wedding review. So it may be worth checking into!!

Thanks for the info... I just contacted my photographer and asked if there were anymore proofs. I don't care if they think there bad... because i might love them.

Thanks for the advice. I just called my photog but they said they only hold back pics if they are of the floor, or if they come out black. But the girl gave me the number of the owner, whom I will definitely call.

I was good too, I didnt wuss out like I usually do. I was all 'I think its VERY strange that the MOTHER OF THE BRIDE is in only 5 pictures'

I had the same problem. The photograher took so many of dh's family and a few of his parents and their friends dancing and none of my parents and their friends, which I thought was strange.

i feel your pain too! i have about 20 pictures of this girl dancing. she was a friend of dh's date (whom i don't even like and who's check BOUNCED!)!!!! AND i barely have pictures of my parents or grandmother or other guests! and NO pictures from cocktail hour! w-t-f did my 2 photographers do for an hour? oh well. what can u do now...
