going from my comfy $400 mo rent to almost a $1000 mortgage payment


im happy of course..but sad

we are re doing the kitchen first..that im so excited for

a benefit of living in the midwest i guess have cheap mortgage..i still thinkwe got a great deal of course..but just the $500 jump a month is a little to get used to

id tell you that my $960 payment includes my principal and interest, PMI, taxes and insurance

but i dont want to make anyone jealous

haha

oh and that for 2000 sq feet on a 1/4 acre lot

sorry ladies for your expensive NY lives..

and it can be like everything else i sign my name with..start out signing the name you have been used to your whole life and then switching it

every thing i sign my last name starts out as an N and then it has to be turned into an R somehow

so weird
