im going to KILL my husband

so my MIL calls me today and says she wants us to come out there (seattle) for 4th of july..HER TREAT ( meaning airfare and hotel)

so im flippin out and i call him at work and say..put the time in now WERE GOING!!

he says..no..remember..I DONT FLY

mind you..HE BUILDS AIRPLANES!!!

i hate him

we always have to drive everywhere

help me make a potion to get him drugged and then he can wake up and we will be there

leave him home & go yourself!!!! ...a friends husband was the same way...he finally started flying....so there is hope! (that or tranquilizers!!!)

we had a flig3 years ago that had some turbulence and he has not been back on yet

he thought he got over it so when we were going to florida for my neices b-day he said..ok book a flight.. but he walked out of the airport and we lost money..i seriously hate this about him

he jsut made me drive over 4,000 mies in 1 week..his a$$ OWES ME A FLIGHT

Agreed. Drug him. My dad is the same way so thats what we did and he ahd a grand old time. Or even that motion sickness stuff...Dramine? It makes you drowsy to knock you out for awhile. Its what i plan to do if we wever hve a really long flight because I am claustrophobic so after 3 hours I am flipping.

fully agree. When I flew to Paris I took 3 Klonopin and half an ambien- I was practically drooling on myself but by the time I woke up I was there! Works magic!

the fact that he is an AEROSPACE ENGINEER that pisses me off

about 6 months ago he starts telling me that something just doesnt seem right with the parts he was making..they were pasing inspection..but something didnt seem right with them ( he was working on American Airlines Being planes at the time

FF to now..THEY ARE DOING MANDATORY INSPECTIONS ON ALL AA PLANES NOW>.it was jsut on the news like 3 days ago

do what DH and I do - he is so drugged up before we fly that i have to lead him everywhere like a child. . . seriously - i am always scared they arent going to let us on the place bc he can barely stand. i have to lead him by the arm and show all of his documents bc he will literally just look at the person and giggle if i dont!!! it makes me SO nervous when i fly but if its the only way to get him on a plane i just do it
