I know it is silly to be sooo happy over something like that but I am. I have only been in two weddings in my life and I am turning 30 this year so it is such a new exciting thing for me.
We used to be bf but have since grown apart, we just have had busy schedules and only get together once or twice a year but when we do see each other it is like time never passed.
The bonus is that the wedding is up in RI at a castle and it is a complete masquerade ball! Everyone should be in costume or formal gowns. The bp will be in custom dresses that represent the elements (earth, water, wind and fire) and she will be in a replica gown of the movie Legend! SOOOO COOL.

This is where the ceremony and reception is: Belcourt Castle
The wedding is October 1, 2009 - so i am hoping to save a little extra cash and maybe then going to Salem and Boston and making it into our vacation I am still bouncing off the walls.

I don't think it's silly! I've always been excited when I was asked to be in a bridal party. This sounds like it's going to be a lot of fun too...really different. It would be nice if you could make a long weekend of it too. Great time of year too!
