thanks for the info. I remember doing a bunch of research like this a few months ago when DH told me how much he wanted a son. lol. I found all these ways to help conceive your desired gender. Very interesting. Even though right now we are far from wanting a baby, this is still very helpful because we DO want one in the future. I'm going to bookmark this

thanks i am showing my DH....

he takes some supplements (plasma jet?) it is from the vitamin store he thinks it helps with working out i keep telling him that when we start ttc that he has to stop

also he uses the heated seats in his car and i tell him not to do that either

i never though to make sure he takes a multi vit when we are ttc can't hurt.
