Im parting from my dress...

Ok so I knew from day 1 I wanted to sell my dress after the wedding day-- so I put it up on Ebay and a girl has purchased it allready!!!! Im kind of excited but not going to lie a little sad that I will be parting from it. I really didnt think it would go this fast!!

I think I should play dress up before I ship it out!!

I would be very upset too. cant imagine parting with it and someone else wearing it. I guess thats why I am not selling it.

but yey for selling it! at least u will get some money back

Wow! It did sell fast! But your dress is gorgeous so I'm not surprised! It's sad, but just think- you're giving some girl her dream wedding dress for a great price!

I sold mine too and before I sent it out, I *tried* to put it on again and it was too tight... so knowing I couldnt fit in it helped a little bit LOL But yeah, dropping it off at the PO ****** big time... and the thought of it getting lost But everything turned out okay... Im actually KIT with my girl... her wedding is in july and i cant wait to see pics of her in it!!

awww...that was fast. I'm the ebay queen and love selling things, but I'm not too sure if I could part with my dress

I think I am going to sell my dress but the dry cleaner near my parents starts at $200 to clean the dress!! I know this is a stupid question but did you clean it before you put it up for sale? Or did you wait until someone bought it?

Your dress sold fast. Besides e-bay where did everyone sell their dress?

NOO i didnt clean it- she is responsible for that!! I just took pics of the entire dress all around and sent them to her. Although I have to say it really didnt get 'that' dirty- but dirty enough that it needs a cleaning!!

Ok thanks I was unsure. When I put it up for sale I was going to say they have to clean it. The only part that is dirty is the very bottom of the dress in the back when I took pictures outside.

I drycleaned it for $150 about 1 month after the wedding... They say the longer you leave it, the harder it is to get stains out... Mine came out perfectly but only the bottom was dirty... nothing else
