I just cried at work. I tried to be strong but this client really just got the best of me. People can be just be so mean. I feel like such an idiot though!

Its kind of a long story but this woman was just so nasty to me. I was really trying my best to help her and something just didnt work out exactly how she wanted it to.

i think we've all done it at one time...i hate for anyone to see me cry so i know how you feel! Hang in there...it's Friday!!!

How dare she make you that upset?? Who is she? That's terrible. Don't be embarassed, everyone breaks down at times......EVERYONE. Just laugh it off, get some water and take some deep breaths. It will be ok.

My DH tells me the same thing and I get upset here ALLLLL the time!!!! I work in a field of mostly men (Contractors and Government Personnel) and they're not very gentle when they want something so i've grown some really thick skin. From now on, when someone is being disrespectful.....either put them on hold or excuse yourself for a few minutes. It helps calm me down. Just remove yourself from the situation for a minute. Poor thing......I want to kick their butt for you

my DH is the same way, when something's bothering me at work, he tells me to tell them to 'f off'.....he's an electrician, so I try to tell him you can't talk like you're 'out in the field' when you're in the office!!

its happened to the best of us i got caught SOBBING in the ladies' room once. . .i seriously considered never coming back but now its in the past and no one even remembers anymore!

Don't be embarrassed - it can happen to ANY of us!!!!
