IMPORTANT! NEWLYWED LUNCHEON ATTENDEES PLEASE READ!

Hi Ladies!

I hope everyone had a good week, and is ready for the weekend! I just wanted to post some important info regarding the Luncheon on Sunday.

First of all, once again the Newlywed Luncheon will be held at:

Waterzooi Belgian Bistro
850 Franklin Avenue, Garden City NY 11530.

12-4pm

There is ample parking in the back, and you can enter through the back as well. You can also park on the street in the front.

Please be prompt, and arrive at 12:00 pm. WE HAVE TO ASK YOU NOT TO ARRIVE EARLY PLEASE, and if you do, to hang out in your car or outside until the start time. We are only able to set up as of 11 am, and if anyone arrives 15 or 20 minutes early, we will be far from set up and it will be very difficult for the organizers. Our event has the the whole front of the restaurant, but it's not huge, and we need all the time and free space we can get while setting up.

We will be thoroughly explaining the rules for the Auction in your welcome packet, as well as verbally at the Luncheon. If you have any specific questions as of now, you can post them here and I'll do my best to answer them. Cindy has mentioned to everyone that you may only win one Photography prize. Also like she mentioned, the prizes are good for different amounts of time, some are to be used within 6 months, some up to a year.

We will be announcing the winners of the Newlywed Superlatives at the Luncheon, and I just want to thank Ali (Coldasice217) on behalf of all the Newlyweds for taking the time and doing such a great job with the Superlatives. THANK YOU ALI!!!! YOU FLIPPING ROCK GIRL!!!!

I also would like to thank Michelle (MLAngelo) for taking the time to put together our beautiful Brides of 2009 Collage, as well as the painstaking efforts she made to comprise a Newlywed Cookbook for us. Michelle, thank you so so much for all your amazing help and contributions

Also a big thank you to Cindy (Just Cindy) for coming up with the idea for this event, and taking the reigns to set up a venue, menu, and so much more. Cindy has also taken it upon herself to print the Newlywed Cookbooks, so that they can be a part of all our lives for years to come. Thank you so much Cindy for your amazing work!!

Thank you to Vivian (vnv126) for securing so many prizes for us, including our amazing Cake, which we couldn't get ANYONE to donate! Viv also secured our amazing photographer for the event, Amanda Picone! Our event wouldn't be the same without Vivian's contributions and persistence, so Viv thank you SO much mama!!!
