In lieu of a QOTD...

Since I know we're all bored and it's slow lol, just curious to see if anyone else has a to-do list, and what's on it.

I always kind of laugh to myself that instead of a 'Honey-Do' list I have an 'Ali-Do' list, because I don't know what it's like to relax and not have self-imposed deadlines.

So far my list consists of:

1. Finish TY cards (completed)
2. Get oil change (completed)
3. Get car insurance in my own name with DH - must be done this month
4. Change name on registration and title - must be done this month
5. Change name on credit cards
6. Change name on passport - ideally needs to be done before 4/29, depends on when car stuff is done
7. File taxes (completed)
8. File amendment to taxes to get work credit - have to wait until original return is completed
9. Book Honeymoon
10. Pick out pictures for album and enlargements, send in to photographer
11. Fix silverware drawer which is off the track
12. Find art for wall behind couch
13. Dry clean dress
14. Book Day After shoot
15. Preserve dress and veil, obviously after day after shoot
16. Join gym
17. Buy clear plastic frames for extra TY cards for me and DH's work desks
18. Order misc. prints not included in enlargements for MIL, priest's TY card, and to fill picture frame gifts
19. Actually fill frames and albums we have once pro album is selected and I can do what I will with the proofs
21. Buy another set of non-flannel sheets, will do this weekend on sale at Macys
22. Finish crocheting my sock monkey blanket, before I actually have a child would be nice
23. Find a house and buy it!

I'm nuts . Does anyone else have a list like mine?

That is some list Ali! Are these short term or long term goals??

A little from column A, a little from column B....some things NEED to be done this month, like car insurance, title/reg, passport, HM...other things are more long term over the next few months...but yeah, most of it is stuff I feel like I need to do now. This is why I can't hang out any time soon

I do:
1) Clean Apartment Saturday
2) Pick picture for wedding Thank you and order them ALREADY!! My wedding was in August (DH and I cannot agree on a picture)
3)Pick pictures for album and set up layout session with photographer
4) Pick out photos for prints
5) Take car to be cleaned!!!!
6) Buy gift for friend's daughter's first birthday
7)Go shopping
8) Book anniversary trip
9) Finish data analysis
10) Write thesis proposal
11) Contact potential thesis committee members and ask them to be on committee
12)Get hair cut

DA MN GIRL! LOL

Heres mine

1. Get the bottles of Chivas Regal as favors for 40th suprise Anni
2. Pick out menu for party
3. Clean my house
4. Finally pick out my bday vaca. and book it ASAP
5. DRINK TONIGHT & ENJOY AT CROXLEYS!!! LETS GO YANKEES!

I forgot, I also need to buy a file to keep all of our appliance instructions and contracts. So a list of 24, and only 3 things done!

I have a house construction list that is too long to even type out.

Ali, I'd gladly take your list.....its a quarter of the size of mine.....

Ali - you just blew my mind. In a bad way.

My to-do list is: sit on the couch under the blanket and feel better. Oh, and eat pizza.

RSVP to a baby shower

Watch - Where the Wild Things Are - b/c its from Netflix and its been sitting on the floor for days.

Cut/Edit my music for work

Order new jazz shoes

Order a costume for the show

Buy DH new sunglasses b/c his broke yesterday and he almost cried b/c they are his favorite ever and he had them since before he met me.

Buy dresses for both parties I still haven't RSVPed to.

Put a new memory card in the camera.

Read the 2 books I bought with gift cards I got for christmas that are just sitting there.

good lord your list is long! altho mine is prob pretty long too i just cant remember it all

1: finish painting
2: unpack (UGH!!)
3: lose 15lbs
4: have a baby! LOL

pretty much all i can think of right now! haha
