Inlaws

I see my inlaws once a week...and not by choice..My husband goes to see them, so I end up tagging along...the less I see them the better, because somehow i always come back pissed or upset!

I try to limit mine to once a month or so. We are usually so busy on the weekends and I try to see my mom once a week or once every 2 weeks because she is all alone...

I see my father in law and his wife (dh's stepmom) probably every 6 weeks.

I hope to never see my MIL ever again....I haven't seen her since November and we like to keep it this way

I said every two weeks, but some times its less than that, it depends on what events are going on. DH is there everyday because he keeps his landscaping trailer there and needs it, but I usually don't have a reason to go over there. They live like 5 mins away, but I don't see them as much as you would think I do

At least once a month, but sometimes more. DH goes to his parents' house for breakfast every Sunday morning - his dad cooks and its kind of a family thing that has been happening for a long time, but I work Sundays. I always take off at least one Sunday a month to have breakfast with them, and then I see them here and there randomly.

Usually around ever 2 weeks... I have no problem with it but sometimes I feel bad that I see them a lot more than my parents.

We usually have dinner at their house every Sunday... The past few months have been insane because it feels like we are busy every weekend so we have been missing weekends here and there. Once the summer comes around I am sure we will be back to every Sunday.

ME TOO!...LOL - going to see them this week cant wait to spend the next week w/ IL's who smoke like chimneys cough cough cough...ugh - this should be fun - plus they never like to go out to eat & get mad if we even suggest to do so.... Thank GOD they live IN FL!

Mine live 2 hours away, so we go to see them once every couple of months, and stay with them for a few days.

I hear you I always leave annoyed. my mil has diarrhea of the mouth. she doesnt know when to keep her mouth quiet.

i wouldnt even know how often I see her. the less the better.

You're a braver woman than I am! I sent DH to visit them alone last time. Mine also just like to sit on the couch ALL day. I told DH if I have a week off where all I do is sit on a couch - it's going to be MY couch not someone else's!

I see them at LEAST once a week, because we live 3 blocks away haha, and we do our laundry there. So at least every Friday...if it's a church week, twice a week, sometimes there's bday parties and holidays so Saturdays too. I'd say 6 times a month then. DH more, because he'll pop in when he needs to get his sports equipment there, etc.

I see them more than my family, who I try to see once a week.

We live 11 hours away from my inlaws and 13 hours away from my parents...so not too often. however, we are moving much closer (20 minutes from inlaws, 1.5 hours from my mom's), so I'm sure we'll see them more often.
