Yea yea I know its boring but I like hearign what other people do ebcause it motivates me.
I went to the gym today, resisting the temptation to blow it off and sit in the park. Go me!!
I tried to do the SELF challenge workout 2(Anyone wnating a change should try it. its fun)
its 10 minutes of 3 different activities for 30 total. I attempted but only ddi 20...I tried!
5 min warmup on level 4.5 10 minute run on level 6.5 10 minute stairmaster on level 7(DYING) 5 minute cool down
Then I did the glute machine and the leg press for three sets of 12
I feel tired but alive!

You did well Jen! I loathe the stairmaster b/c it kills me. Does your gym have that stair mill thing (looks like an escalator)--that kills me, too.
I'm going after work for a change. I think I'll do running intervals. There's one class tonight and it's a little early, plus includes body sculpting and I did strength yesterday, so I guess I go it on my own.
Oh, I didn't forget about JM DVD. Well, I did, but i remember now. Will ask DH If it can be done.

Stair mill thing? Hmm no i dont think so but Im retarded when it comes to machiens so we may.
I LOATHE the stairmaster but it is my friend for glutes as is the machine. i used to be able to rack the entire thing before the wedding if you can believe that. I barely do lol since Im at half of that now . But I did it ebfore and its my goal to be able to that again! I can live with my big behind as long as its FIRM.
Its ok. I have to wait to get mine so i can try and copy it for you anyway.
And you're doing great. Outrunning your DH and everything!

I agree - we push each other and motivate each other to go out - plus its time spent together without any distractions!
