Interview Update & Please keep the prayers coming!!

Thanks for your prayers girls!! Keep them coming!!

The interview was yesterday. It wasn't much of a formal interview, it was more conversational. When we started she said 'Jen I know you for years, I know how great you are, and how great you've worked with my team' (I think that's good?). So it was more like she was telling me all about the job and what she expects.

I definitely was able to get across all of the points across as to why I want the job and what I could bring to it. So it was a lot of her talking for 5 minutes, me talking for 5 minutes, etc etc.

I will have an update next week as to if I have to set up a 2nd interview with HR.

All in all the interview went well, I'm pretty sure I'm the front runner for it. But anything can happen-there is always the chance that they'd rather have someone with a 'corporate background' over a field person (i.e. me).
I would really think though that with my experience and the fact that I've worked with this department for so many years, how could they not give me the job??

I'll know more by this time next week.
