I have it.

Pro - not noticeable

Cons -
1. have to wear them for 22 out of the 24 hrs in a day (eat fast then brush your teeth right away and pop em back in) - I wear them for about 20 hrs and feel like I'm getting away with something.

2. hurt a little first time you put them in (you have to change em out every two weeks.

Cost me $5K total - $1800 down up front. Paying $200/month.

Having been on them for almost 6 months - I would do it again over regular braces.

Good to know. Do you have to sleep w/them too?

I had them. I found more cons than pros. I wore them for over a year. Thank God I am done now.. hm... 'done' is relative b/c even when you are done, you have to put them on occassionally otherwise your teeth will start moving to the old position You have to wear them at least 22h and sleep in them as well. I paid about 4K, but to be honest, I would not do it again. FM me for more details. Plus it hurt A LOT, since each new retainer is made to fit your teeth very tight
