I have to say its an awesome phone, though!!!! I love it! it has everything and anything you would ever want on a phone and keeps me occupied when I'm bored!! I just wish the service was a bit better. But sometimes I don't have any problems..

dh has it and he doesnt really have that many problems with the service. Its rare he doesnt get signal or something. Certain places yeah but ive noticed other phones wont work either so doesn't matter.

I have the iphone, and I haven't had any issues. I never have any issues with the phone. I can't tell the difference between them and the Verizon service I used to have.

Service is great but a little pricey. Dh and I have a family plan and we pay about 180/month

I don't have an iPhone, however, I'm a long time AT&T customer and I have never had any issues with their service. Occasionally you will go into an area where there are no cell towers, but, other than that, I've had no issues for 5+ years. I even get reception in my basement apartment.

DH and I have iPhones and we really love them but I do have to agree that Verizon's service is way better. When we first switched to AT&T, we noticed a lot of dropped calls and poor service, etc. Lately though I haven't had any problems. We live in the basement and I've been able to make phone calls and have very good reception.

we switched from verizon (which we loved) to att&t because we wanted iphones. so far we have had no problems with the service and we LOVE our iphones. i really have no complaints!

A friend bought one at a buy one get one free is that still in effect? Is it better to buy through apple or At&t?

When we moved into our new apartment we had no reception what so ever. We learned to deal with it, then one day the cable went out. When the cable guy came, I don't know what he did but after he was finished we had the best reception ever lol I don't know what it was...but since then, I haven't had an issue :)

The other day though I wasn't getting emails and things were a bit screwy, but I am sure once in a while every service provider goes through updates or w/e and it may lag.

DH and I both have iphones on At&t. DH is obsessed with his iphone (uses it constantly), I like it but I don't have to have it. AT&T service is pretty good, we never really have any problems with them.
