I think my DH and I are the only ones left in the world that do not own an IPOD lol I am thinking of getting him one for his bday. I have been looking into the 8GM. Has anyone bought an IPOD online if so where? Do they ever go on sale? Any tips/advise would be great TIA

i don't think they ever go on sale. I bought DH's and he bought mine online. I think through apple but I'm not sure. Is the one you're thinking of the 8gb video one? I got DH that; it's great if he doesn't have a ton of stuff; dh can't fit all his songs AND videos on it, so that's a little annoying.
