ETA- his wife is preaching abiout whats wrong w/ america, blah blah, but its ok for her husband to be trash talking this poor woman b/c shes not from the same culter hes from (the hoity toity culture)

This show always makes me angry because they pick two EXTREMES. The man was extremely uppity and arrogant. But on the other hand, the other family was so horribly uneducated I could barely watch them when they spoke. The woman could not pronounce words and when she spoke of fast food being the American way, it really really pissed me off. I mean when she said things like, ' I have plenty of friends from BRITISH' CMON! Also, what I found even more annoying and degrading than what the british man was saying was when the midwest husband said 'Thats skirt work' as to why he wouldnt help his wife around the house. On the other hand when the british man's wife said she didnt choose to be in America, she was BORN here really really infuriated me. Unbelievable. But like I said before, the show picks two extremes because it makes good TV to swap them. I know it definitley keeps me watching.
