I know it seems like an odd question, but I am making a cake for the Passion Party and usually use imitation Almond extract, but was going to use the 'good stuff' for the party, I mean was is a penis cake if it odesn't taste like nuts? But wanted to make sure no one is allergic to nuts.
Oh and if you could vote ofr a cake flavor and filling, let me know!

I am pretty allergic...ears get hot and throat gets scratchy. I dont get deathly ill or anything but I can def tell if there are nuts in something. Its an odd allergy-I can eat almonds with only a mild reaction because I like them and force myself to eat them-A little benadryl and I am ok. Peanuts are ok too.-little itch but not severe.
Walnuts however =SEVERE ALLERGY! Same for macadamias, hazlenuts, pecans. Those you'd get me breaking out in hives and coughing alot...hope that helps.
JMO but I wouldn't make anything with nuts in it if its going to be a main dish like a cake. Nut allergies are VERY common and most are more severe than mine. Allergies also are weird; they can pop up at random even as we're older; my nut allergy developed at age 22. I was fine before then. So someone may not know they have a nut allergy.

I am not allergic to nuts, I am just not a fan of nuts. I like the taste of them but not the crunchy-ness and or chunkyness of them. Like smooth peanut butter I am a fan of that.
