I'm not there yet. But as we live in MD I always thought it would be wierd to join LIFamilies. I'm personally not from NY (DH is) and so I'm just an LI bride.

Nope, we aren't planning on having a family.

I just wanted to say that you and your DH are considered a family...lots of people on there are single, married w/ no kids...etc...you should come on over!

yup they have message boards. i LOVE the 'home' board!!!!! you get really cool ideas from other nesties and i LOVe looking at their home bios!!! and the boards move really fast!!!

I'm new to LIF by only a few weeks. It's a nice diversion when I'm at work and need a break.

I actually thought once the wedding was over that I'd get more work done. But nah, I fill up my time on LIF!

Alot of the girls I planned my wedding with are on LIF. So, it is fun seeing how their lives are progressing and changing. It's a great support place.

I live in NC and I chat on LIF all the time....it gives you such a different perspective than LIW...trust me, you should check it out !!!
