I would take it just in case.
Someone parked in my spot today I had to park among the commoners and when i stepped out of my car I landed my open toe shoed feet in a puddle. I have had cold feet all day but I did get 2 compliments on my shoes so it was all worth it .

just the fact that you got your shoes near any type of earth and water---means you need to buy new ones ASAP
