a Saturday day wedding? Do you like it? Be honest!! I didn't buy it yet.

Also, is it ok to wear open toe shoes in Feb?

Open toe shoes are the only thing I am comfortable in so I wear them all year round!

Some how I think the elastic waste makes it look a bit informal. Just me though. It is still a cute dress.

I like it. Great for an afternoon wedding. And I do think you can wear open-toe. I'm not a fan of closed toe for weddings (jmo), although I guess it depends on the dress. I think open toe for that dress is perfect.

I like the dress, but I'm not a big fan of open two shoes in friggid weather. I think it looks a little silly. And the worst offender is open toed shoes with stockings.
