I absolutely LOVE Christmas and I LOVE buying gifts for people... however shopping for my DH gives me nightmares. He is sooooooo picky and difficult to buy for. Last year I bought him several clothing items I was sure he'd love and would fit him perfectly and he ended up returning everything!! ARGH!
This Christmas I've been thinking of surprising him with Sirius for his car since he spends over 2 hours commuting to work each day. I haven't uttered a peep about it to anyone. Over the weekend we were at Circuit City and happened to be fiddling with the Sirius display. As we left he told me out of the blue that there's no way he would want satellite radio right now because he can't justify spending the money on a subscription and then he told me not to buy it for him. GRRR!!!! What the heck??
Do any of you have anxiety over shopping for your DH??

I feel your pain!!! My problem lies in the fact that DH is 6'6 so you can't just go to a store and buy for him. I have to order any clothes-related items online...which is so annoying especially since sometimes you have to pay the shipping!! Plus, I have to make sure I shop far in advance so it gets here on time...and I tend to shop last minute for Christmas!!!

Michael is very easy to purchase gifts for. I am very lucky. I know that I am also easy for Michael to purchase gifts for. So, that is very helpful for the both of us.

Currently, all my DH wants is work clothes and usually he is happy with things from Express, Gap, and American Eagle. So it will hopefully be easy this year. One year, I remember he returned a bunch of things I got him. I was so mad.

I usually have an easy time shopping for DH because he's into so many things. My problem tends to be he goes out and gets himself something before I can get if for him :)

My DH is hard to buy for. We usually take a trip in December instead of exchanging gifts, which makes life a lot easier.

Yea he is because he wears a 'uniform' of blue jeans and undershirts and he's not really into hobbies. I wnated to get him one of those psp players? the portable ones for when he gets stuck over the road due to DOT regulations and has to stay parked in his truck. But generally I give him something from the heart-like on year I photoshoped a picture of Superman and Lois lane to look like us. We were on a backfrop of NJ lol It was REALLY cute and he liked it alot.

I think I might have to do this! It takes away the fun 'surprise' element, but at least he'll be getting what he wants!! And hopefully no returns!
