Go to andiquote.invitations.com
they have great invites- you can do them over the internet- or you can go to the shop in Port Jeff. I've used this place for everything and they have the cutest stuff. For favors you should get those kitchy tiki cups! Check these out- so cute http://www.chefsresource.com/tiki-glass.html (i'm sure you can find them for cheaper).

I would also make sure you have tons of those umbrellas for the drinks and those cheap lais to put on everyone.

www.orientaltrading.com has a ton of luau themed stuff for very cheap. Not the best quality but fun.

You can rent one of those backdrops and have people take photos infront with grass skirt, etc..

Depending upon how many people are invited, coconut invites might be cool :D

Favors - what about those little hula girls you can put on your dashboard?
