Hi Ladies! I am home!

All I can say is jet Blue is a great airline. We had great weather (high 70's all 4 days!) and we did alot, but the best was I saw my grandpa after 10 yrs and he got to meet my husband!

Alot of ash everywhere from the fires. The Santa Anna winds blew so much ash around, yucky!!

I'll tell more & post pics one night this week. Right now I am tired!

Yabbo I am jealous of your weather!!

We went to Sea World and Shamu wet us

, we went to the Hotel del Corando, Sea Port Village and the Gas Lamp Quarter for lunch. We saw my grandpa Friday most of the day & Sunday am for breakfast (he lives in Oceanside). Four days went so fast

. My Grandpa is 83 and looks great! He moves around fast, drives and is still so funny

I miss him already

I got to sit in the pilot's seat of the airplane on the way home last night (before takeoff of course), it was a fun trip!

Wow sounds like you had a fantastic time!! I am surprised that let you in the pilot's seat, thought they didn't do that after 9/11! Grandpa sounds wonderful!! I hope I am like that when I get up there in age!!

Its one of the biggest reasons we chose to move here!!! I was jealous of the weather this weekend too...I was talking to a store clerk in SF area (I had to give her my zip code or something) and I said its been pretty chilly in SD...like 60's...and she laughed at me...'yeah chilly'
