Are you serious they never saw her???????? That is beyond ridiculous!!!! I'm so angry for her.

I'm glad so far the tests have come back normal, but that's so scary for her. I hope they figure out what's going on soon

No she did get seen today! They cant find anything wrong.

She said she feels the same Maybe its just the cyst?

Seriously, I have gone through the same thing. Off to the ER to be told it is just a cyst and there's nothing they can do. All tests normal other than the ultrasound showing a cyst. Meanwhile I am in EXCRUCIATING pain, doubled over, pale , shaky and unable to walk.

I have had this happen to me several times and been told there is nothing that can be done except to remove the cyst.

Two years ago I went in to have a cyst removed and guess what????????? They opened me up to find it had burst before they got to it!!!!!

Now I have three unnecessary scars and two weeks of my life I will never get back spend recouping.

Sometimes hospitals/doctors/etc INFURIATE ME.

I really hope she starts feeling better. When I get the really bad pain, I take 3 motrin or ibuprofen and it usually lessens.

So it basically went down as Gail said. Last night I went to the ER in horrible pain. I waited 3 hours for them to tell me there were 6 people in front of me (they only called in ONE patient for that 3 hours I was there). I was so upset i ended up leaving, went home took a vicodin and still stayed up the entire night in pain. At 5am I couldnt take it anymore and i woke up DH to take me back. I ended up going to a different hospital that took me right away... except I sat there waiting for a doc forever (at least this time I had a bed). Finally the doc comes and things get rolling. I got my blood test, that crap I had to drink before the cat scan, got good pain meds.. they made me shake uncontrollably but def. took the pain to a manageable level.

I went in complaining of severe pain in my lower right abdomen and back.. and a stabbing pain my groin. All the tests came back normal. They did tell me that there was fluid around my cyst so that it is starting to drain itself, but they didnt think that the pain (on my right side) would come from that cyst (on my left side). The doc said she wanted to keep me for observation and retesting every 8-12 hours, but I was just so tired at this point that i decided to go home and rest in my OWN bed and if I was worse in 12 hours that I would go back.

I am home now for about an hour and I have to say im in some severe freaking pain. They told me to take a ton of motrin but its not working and this pain is the weirdest pain in my life. It is radiating down my freaking leg. I can't get comfy for a second and im pretty scared that they missed something.

I am going to take a hot bath soon..I am hoping this pain starts to subside because I dont know how much more i can take.

If you are still in that much pain, maybe you should go to another hospital and get another opinion! This is insane! Im so sorry hun

omg! you poor poor girl! i've been wondering about you all day!!! i'll say a prayer for you that you feel better soon!! i hope that someone figures this out for you!! i'll be thinking of you!!

please go back to the hospital.....

i'm so sorry you are in pain, i really hope you feel better soon or at the very least find out whats wrong. hang in!
