JennRenee (and any other St. Margaret's brides)

I have an appointment at Flower Michelle on Fri. and I guess I can't put off thinking about ceremony flowers anymore? I am looking for input on decorating St. Margaret's. I almost feel like flowers are a waste there because everyone's eyes are always drawn up to those 70's colored lights that hang above he alter But I need to have some. Any suggestions?

Hi Becky ~ Yes, the lights are a real pain the the a $ $, aren't they?!
I didn't go crazy with decorating... just flowers on ten pews on either side, 2 alter arrangements, and an arrangement for in front of the statue of the Blessed Mother (to keep family members happy, although I didn't even see it), all of which I took to my reception because a bride was coming in after me with her own stuff. Oh yeah, I left the pew flowers. I know that's not much info, but I honestly didn't pay much attention to decorating the church.
