Made your recipe last night! Deeee-lic-ious!!!
One thing though... as I was letting the oil drain off the fish as I was taking them out of the pan I was wondering how you can call them low fat! :-) Oh well I'll be good today! Keep 'em coming.

I really don't know how it can be considered low-fat, but my cousin who gave me the recipe said it was, and I just chose to believe her! : )
